We have indeed received your information and indication that you would like to become more involved as a WPN Organizer. Firstly， we would like for you to update your personal information with the DCI. It is very important that we have your most current address & contact information.
All organizers are required to have a valid email address in order to receive critical event information， status updates， news and solicitations. Players seeking information on their events also require a means to contact every organizer. Without a valid email address an organizer may lose such status.
Shipping information is required to receive support materials. Lack of accurate and up-to-date information may result in non-receipt of such material for scheduled events.

For the very new Tournament Organizer， "The DCI" is the sanctioning body for the Wizards Play Network. Often the organizations of ’WPN’， ’DCI’， and ’Wizards of the Coast’ are used interchangeably in communication.
If you joined the Wizards Play Network with an existing DCI number， then you will be made into a Gateway Level TO. The normal lead-time for processing this is between 1-2 weeks. But， we’ve performed a mass import today and you are amongst the ones that have been updated.
Congratulations， you are now a WPN Gateway Level Organizer!
Thank you again for choosing to participate with us in the Wizards Play Network. Please look forward to future announcements about the Network as it will still be in development into the rest of 2008 & the beginning of 2009.
